    Chit Fund in Kolkata

    Our foray into Calcutta in the year 1961 was what one could call a ‘Perfect Blend’. The Social & Cultural capital of India, now Kolkata, with its rich heritage, found in us an able ally and there started an eternal relationship, that till today, Balussery is the only registered Chit Fund Company, in the whole State of West Bengal!

    Need we say more? The branch, situated at Rash Behari Avenue, popularly known as ‘Mini South India’ is headed by Sri M.V. Gowrikanthan, an Engineer by profession, who joined as a Whole time Director in 1984 and supported by a team of cordial staff, enjoys a great rapport with its subscribers, who treat Balussery as an extended family.
